Former President announces possible arrest and urges his supporters to protest
Manhattan, New York – The last time former President Donald L. Trump urged his followers to support him in a protest. Thousands of people descended upon the nation’s capital on January 6, 2021, vandalizing federal property, assaulting employees, and trying to intimidate Congress to stop finalizing the electoral college count that made President Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election.
Now Trump is calling for his followers to protest again after learning about the possibility of an indictment and arrest on Tuesday. The possible indictment comes from the porn star Stormy Daniels case which involved Trump providing her $130,000 in hush money before the 2016 election to cover that he slept with her in 2006.
